Scrybs works on WordPress version 3.9 and above. This is regularly updated ahead of a release of a WordPress update. The minimum requirements for PHP are 5.3 and above.
Our plans differ according to four criteria. They are the amount of source content, machine word credits included and number of languages / websites. These are clearly outlined when you prepare to upgrade your plan.
We provide you a yearly license to use the Scrybs plugin. Your API is valid for one year from payment. Upon the end of your yearly contract, you can renew the license and your API key will also be renewed.
The Scrybs Plugin only works when you have a valid key for our API. Once your license expires, your API key becomes invalid and your plan will be downgraded to the free plan. If you have any important translations above the free plan allowance, you may lose it.
Word credits are used in order to use automatic translation on the Scrybs dashboard. Each plan has a certain number of word credits included. Once this has been depleted, you have the option to purchase an additional word allowance. We must however stress that Machine Translation should be used with caution. We recommend that for important client material, you use a professional translation (see Scrybs localization options).
The beauty of our plugin is that you are free to use any translation type, automatic, automatic manually reviewed, manually only or Professional Translation Service. No matter your requirements, we have the right professional for you.
Once your order has been verified, you will receive an email with your API key as well as an Invoice.
We take your queries very seriously. You can see more about what we are able to offer support for in our support section. If you have any other questions you are welcome to submit a support ticket. We aim to get back to all support queries within 24 hours.
Your license is only valid for one year from the date of purchase. If you would no longer like to use Scrybs, you would merely have to choose not to renew at the end of the year. Your plan contract is then terminated.
